To develop from Electrical Improver role to a Qualified and Competent Electrician:

• Completion of the relevant college and course work.


• Compliance with Health and Safety and Company Policy.


• Industrial Installation, Inspection and Testing of electrical systems and associated disciplines.


• As part of your ongoing development we would expect the following within achievable targets:




• Learn to be the best electrician you can be (we will help you).


• Do the jobs you have been trained to do.


• Gold Card - trying to complete your NVQ Level 3, or get a start, but you can't get the experiences required. We can help, as this is the work we do.

Skills/Qualifications

• C&G Level 3 or equivalent


• Good work attitude with a can-do outlook, troubleshooting, problem solving.


• Minimum level is C&G Level 3 or equivalent and TWO years practical experience.


• You must be able to drive and have a full clean driving license.


• For insurance reasons you must be at least 21 to drive the company vehicles.
