You will be setting policy and expectations for requirements management across various projects;

• Management of customer / external requirements, ensuring internal ownership and cascade
• Facilitation of requirement trades, assessment and feedback of design implications
• Assurance of Project Design configuration in DOORS and putting remedial actions in place where necessary
• Assessments of design and substantiation completeness and tracking and driving burn down to hit programme milestones

• Have a strong understanding of Systems Engineering Principles
• Be a good communicator, able to engage multiple functions and internally and externally
• Be qualified in an engineering discipline, preferably with PWR experience
• Have a strong delivery record with an understanding of programme management
• Have experience in customer facing roles

Our Submarines business is currently expanding and opening a new Office based in Cardiff in which we are looking for Engineers across multiple engineering disciplines. As we continue to support the Royal Navy as the technical authority to the UK Ministry of Defence for naval reactor plants, we're also growing our submarine and nuclear sector capabilities. As part of this we are looking for a number of people with a strong background in Performance Engineering. You will have a leading role in requirements management, design configuration and design assurance. You will be front and centre in understanding our customer's requirements, providing clarity of direction into the engineering functions through the Whole Plant Team, and facilitating meaningful discussions on requirements trading.
