Full Job Description
We are looking for a Service Engineer to travel to our customers and resolve issues across the Yorkshire region. Other responsibilities include:
- Responsible for resolving issues with our windows, doors, bi-folds, orangeries, and conservatories.
- Provide excellent customer service whilst at our customers properties.
- To provide excellent quality work and be responsible for ensuring quality work is carried out at all times.
- Support the Engineering team to assist with resolving any issues as and when required.
- To ensure that your customer experience score is positive.
- Strong knowledge and experience of site Health and Safety.
Previous experience in all aspects of window, door and bi-fold fitting including fitting doors and windows, conservatories, and orangeries. - The ability to fit any miscellaneous hardware or fittings that may be required such as handles, hinges, glazing, letterboxes etc.
- Excellent product knowledge with good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify cost efficient solutions to problems.
- Good customer service skills with the ability to apply a calm and polite approach when dealing with dissatisfied customers.
- A clean driving license.
- The ability to work on your own and use your own initiative.
