Full Job Description
- Conduct health and safety audits to identify and address relevant issues.
- We focus on the construction phase of wastewater projects, assessing and reporting project progress, rectifying issues, and leading the escalation process as necessary. Also, ensure that all non-conformances are identified and corrected.
- Managing, identifying, and resolving snags and liaising with Operators and contractors after the takeover to handle defects, the aftercare process, and performance testing.
- Monitored, agreed on, and approved Takeover tests with the project team.
- Ensure that the required project documentation meets our specifications and that the information for taking over is approved.
- Working as an active member of one or more project teams with one or more of our contractors.
Hybrid - Thames Valley Based.
As part of this role, you are required to be on site 3-4 days a week, 36 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
The successful candidate must have a valid driving license and access to a car - this role comes with a car allowance of £4,500 per year.
What you should bring to the role
- Have an HNC or above in an appropriate engineering subject or background in a similar role.
Knowledge of health and safety on construction sites or an SMSTS qualification can be offered as part of the role if the holder is not currently holding it.
- Understand design, construction, and operations within industries like the theatre sector.
- Have a background in project delivery and integration within the construction sector.

Competitive salary from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum.
- Car allowance of £4,500 per annum.
- 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
