Job Purpose and Responsibilities:OVERVIEWWe are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance activities across our site. This is a practical, on-the-floor leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic technical environment and enjoys being close to the action. You will take ownership of the maintenance schedule, assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, and directly influence plant performance.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the day-to-day maintenance team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.
• Act as first-line technical support for breakdowns and escalate complex issues.
• Drive high standards of maintenance quality, safety, and performance on shift.
• Schedule and allocate daily maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
• Gives hands on assistance to maintenance teams with diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in delivering KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Ensure spare parts, tools, and maintenance records are up to date and well-managed.
• Train and mentor technicians and new team members.
• Carry out any resonable request or requirement of the role.
  
  Strong mechanical or electrical background with relevant technical qualification.
• Hands-on maintenance experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and working within compliance frameworks.
• Multi-skilled engineer (electrical & mechanical).
• Experience with CMMS or similar maintenance systems.
