Full Job Description
- Prepare, review, revise, implement and monitor Companies policies & procedures, based on ISO and ISM standards.
- To ensure compliance and implementation with ISO Standards.
- Ensure Company vessels are operated safely in compliance with local and international regulatory and statutory maritime frameworks such as but not limited to: ISM, ISPS and MLC.
- Conduct vessel internal audits related to the company's SMS in compliance with the ISM.
- Conduct accident and/or incident investigations and preparing associated reports.
- Responding to and closing out near miss reports as required.
- Prepare of Health and Safety documentation for projects and tenders.
- Conduction regular vessel and site inspections.
Previous experience in a Health & Safety Role and management of systems to ISO Standards. - Experience with maritime frameworks such as ISM, ISPS and MLC.
- Ideally knowledge of towage and workboat operations.
