Full Job Description
Responsible for assigned health economic consulting projects or project tasks, with a lead focus on health economic modeling projects, acting as the client's primary point of contact for engagements, developing mutually beneficial partnerships and taking ownership for the needs of the client. The duties of the Employee can be extended and modified by the Company in the future as required to meet the Company's evolving needs and so as to enable the Employee to develop his own activities and competencies.,
- Accountable for executing assigned projects on time and with expected quality. Including the development of global economics models, local model adaptations and supporting analytical work including survival and HRQoL analyses.
- Lead projects or workstreams ensuring timely delivery with appropriate review and sign off. As required, participate directly in development of deliverables or other project activities.
- Work closely with clients and with senior team members to understand client needs, develop and scope potential solutions and contribute to delivery and reporting of modelling and analytical products
- Create, identify and leverage new business opportunities by identifying emerging customer needs and formulating appropriate solutions to meet revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives. Contribute to the development of proposals within your area of expertise.
- Draft and develop manuscripts, abstracts and posters, and where required attend and present at conferences.
- Coach, mentor and when appropriate line manage more junior members of staff.
- Ensure company and business unit policies, standards, and procedures are met.
