Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role requires an organised and methodological approach to coordinate all the outbound and some inbound logistics movements across the site. You will be working with Sales, Production and Purchasing to plan these movements whilst covering other administrative duties across the team. Other responsibilities include:

• Being the first point of contact on site for collection and delivery drivers, and ensuring they comply the necessary Health and Safety requirements
• Carrying out the booking in and receipt of all inbound materials and maintaining accurate records.
• Arranging a proportion of other despatches via courier or alternative transport methods
• General office administration duties including filing and record keeping., Candidates who currently are a Logistics & Operations Administrator, Logistics Admin, Materials Planner or Operations Administrator may be suitable for this position.
  
  Proven administration experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experince in liaising within the logistics and materials teams
• MS Office Experince (proficiently MS Excel)
• SAGE 200 experience (desirable)
