Engage directly in hands-on plant performance testing across RWE's gas-fired power stations (UK and potentially European Union).
Collaborate with experienced performance engineers to collect and validate operational and test data, using advanced digital tools and expert systems.
Support both routine and high-profile contractual tests, including witnessing OEM-led acceptance activities, ensuring high-quality data analysis, and learning how test results drive commercial and engineering decisions in a dynamic energy market.
Develop thermodynamic models and analyse and interpret the test results.

Ideally, you are pursuing a degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical or Chemical/Process), with an interest in the energy industry and knowledge of engineering fundamentals such as thermodynamics.
A strong aptitude in analytical methods is essential.
