Full Job Description
Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
-Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures.
-Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches
-Maintain clear and legible records and logbook Adhere to health & safety at all times.
-Any other duties deemed necessary
Delivering excellent customer service
-Good level of concentration and coordinating
-Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities
-Physical protection of the premises from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
-Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage
-Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas, escalate where appropriate and understanding of critical systems, Ability to demonstrate that you can problem solve under pressure
-Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
-Passionate about delivery excellent service
-Willing to embrace a new and exciting challenge.
-Valid SIA licence
-Front of house experience
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Adhere to health & safety at all times
