Salary: 18.5 hour post £12,395-£12,996 You will be required to undertake general handyperson/caretaker duties within the establishment to maintain the fabric and fittings, simple maintenance and repair work of the building. Your role will include:

• Undertaking minor repairs / decoration.
• Undertaking general handyperson duties in community settings (if required)
• Responsible for reporting breakages/major repairs.
• Simple maintenance and operation of heating system, air conditioning and water systems.
• Other general handyperson duties.
• Driving duties, when appropriate.
• Maintaining stores.
• Ensuring security of the building.
You must show a willingness to take part in any training relevant to the role and the service area. You must also hold a drivers licence. Working Hours Will include working alternate weekends and bank holidays on a rota pattern. The post available is for 18.5 hours per week.
