Full Job Description

  • You'll be the first line of support when our wider teams or customers' support networks aren't available. Your role will be varied and dynamic, including:
  • Patrolling buildings, checking fire doors and securing entry points to keep everyone safe.
  • Monitoring CCTV, reporting repairs, and using tech to keep records up to date.
  • Responding quickly and calmly to incidents, including suspicious activity or emergencies.
  • Helping keep the environment clean, safe and welcoming.
  • Engaging with our customers, neighbours and partners in a friendly, professional way.

  • We provide 24-hour support to our customers each day and every day.
  • Working on fortnightly rolling rota:
  • Week 1 covering Tues-Thurs evenings 4-10pm and week 2 covering Friday evening 4-10pm and weekend shifts (TBC) but will be between the hours of 8am and 11pm
  • We do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings.
  • Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and report repairs and carry out building safety checks.
  • You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.

    The ability to be calm under pressure with strong people and communication skills.
  • A background in public service, the military or supporting vulnerable people? (Great - but not essential)
  • An eye for changes in behaviour and risk and are a natural people-person.
  • Confidence to take initiative and act responsibly, especially in sensitive situations.
  • A team player with the confidence to work alone. Don't worry you'll have the full back up of our wider team including our out of hours emergency support team.

    Permanent, Part time (20 hpw) on a rota basis (see below) Pay £12.60 per hour (Salary £25,838 per annum, pro rata) plus, great benefits including Health Cash Plan,
