The Role: Relief Security Officer - Ilfracombe and Barnstaple AreaWe're looking for a professional, reliable, and flexible Relief Security Officer to join our team in the Ilfracombe and Barnstaple areas. This role requires someone who can cover a variety of shifts and locations, so access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence is essential.Key Responsibilities:Provide a visible and vigilant security presence across various client sitesFollow site-specific Assignment Instructions (AI's) and ensure full complianceMaintain a high standard of personal and professional conductEnsure the safety of the public and staff by proactively monitoring for risks and hazardsRespond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectivelyAccurately document incidents and ensure all reporting procedures are followedMake timely check calls and emergency contacts as requiredAttend and complete all required training and development programmesWhat You'll Need

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision - CCTV PSS preferred)
• Previous security experience (retail security experience is an advantage)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a calm, confident approach under pressure
• Flexibility to cover days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
