Full Job Description
Administrative Support: Complete documentation, adhere to procedures, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Incident Response: Act as the first responder to incidents, following established protocols.
Security Monitoring: Operate and monitor prison security systems.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations and support the safety of the facility., Ensure compliance with night procedures and security systems.
Respond promptly to incidents and security concerns.
Maintain safety standards and assist with prisoner welfare.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with lone working and managing tasks independently.
Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Required Competencies:
Continuous Improvement - Always looking to improve processes and safety.
Working with Others - Collaborates effectively within teams.
Resilience - Manages stress and maintains professionalism in challenging situations.
