Full Job Description

Support service installations and their maintenance are an essential part of the NHS and form a vital link in Health Care Provision. The precise details of any of the apprenticeship are dependent on a number of factors that may be subject to change at various stages of the training and qualifications already obtained, however, the information below will provide an overview of the envisaged training requirements of the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will attend a College to study for the technical knowledge aspect of the apprenticeship for example one day / evening a week for the first two years and practical basic skills training as a block release for approximately 8 months. Once this has been achieved, the apprentice will then commence training towards their End Point Assessment for their full Apprenticeship Standard, which will take place within the Employing organisation and NYNHSAC., As a supporter of the Armed Forces and an employer of Reservists, North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust are proud to be a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, which is a promise by the nation to ensure that those who serve or who have served in the UK Armed Forces (and their families) are treated fairly.
