This is your opportunity to be pivotal in designing, digitalising, and integrating our ISO45001 management framework across our sector leading educational and residential homes settings. You will play a critical part in the evolution of our health and safety culture and moving from our current paper format into centralised, digital platforms. You will:

Design health and safety policies that are fit for our unique care and learning environments
Standardise and integrate health and safety as part of our day to day working practices
Lead digital transformation of health and safety processes
Drive culture change through empowering our staff

A NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health degree (or equivalent qualification)
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management processes
A keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels
Strong organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Experience of ISO 45001, working within education or care settings, or additional qualifications such as fire safety or environmental management would be advantageous.

Can be based anywhere in the UK
Home-based, but will involve some UK wide travel
