Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students in their learning and maintain a positive learning environment
Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
Be the first point of contact for first aid when not in the classroom

Good educational background with excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of using different IT software such as Microsoft Office, Email
Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, students, parents and outside agencies.
Positive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative.
Knowledge of the need for confidentiality and awareness of child protection issues
Flexibility of working hours, committed and reliable with excellent timekeeping
