You will also have the opportunity to work with digital learning tools and assistive technologies that enhance learner experience. Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality SEND programmes across the curriculum.
• Support and guide teaching staff to deliver inclusive, personalised learning.
• Develop curriculum plans and resources aligned to EHCP outcomes and progression pathways.
• Oversee learner progress, monitoring quality and driving improvement across the programme.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive learner support.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, high aspiration, and continuous improvement.

• Teaching qualification
• Level 3 SEND qualification or higher in a relevant subject area
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
• Essential Skills & Experience
• Significant experience working with learners with SEND in an education setting
• Proven leadership or coordination experience within a curriculum or SEND context
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP planning
• Ability to motivate and support a team to deliver high-quality provision
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience of curriculum planning and learner tracking systems
Desirable Skills & Experience - (Optional) Experience with assistive technologies and digital learning platforms Knowledge of Preparing for Adulthood outcomes
