Learning Support Assistant (1:1 Support, Group Work and Lunchtime Cover)
King's Academy College Park
Fixed term until August 2026 (potential for Permanent)
Salary: Band 3 Point 3 - £24,796 FTE (£8,818 actual or £10,705)
Hours: 2 part time roles available, 15.24 or 18.5 hours per week (specific pattern of working hours to be discussed at interview)

King's Academy College Park is seeking two compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team. This varied role involves providing tailored 1:1 support to pupils with specific needs, small group interventions, general classroom assistance and supervision during lunchtimes.
We are looking for individuals who are committed to inclusive education, able to form positive relationships with pupils, and passionate about helping all children thrive.
