As a ESOL Lecturer with Redcar and Cleveland College you will be responsible for:

Lesson Planning and Delivery: Prepare and deliver engaging and effective ESOL lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to the needs of diverse learners.
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct formal and continuous assessments, provide constructive feedback, and monitor student progress.

Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the ESOL curriculum.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
