We are seeking to recruit a flexible and adaptable AccessAbility Advisor to join our highly skilled and committed team on a fixed-term basis.
About the role
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join an innovative service, allowing you to develop your skills and engage in inclusive new projects. We are currently developing and extending our support to prospective and current students who declare a disability. The post holder will need to work as part of a team, whilst also being responsible for their own individual work. There will be a need to work credibly with academic and professional services staff within the University as part of this role.
You will be a skilled and experienced disability practitioner with a thoughtful and adaptable approach to your work and a real interest in managing challenging situations whilst sensitively supporting students. You will have demonstrable experience working directly with students with a range of disabilities in a support capacity., Disability Confident
