Full Job Description
As this is a client facing role we are also looking for someone who can comfortably build relationships with clients and who have strong communication skills. A passion for the pharmaceutical sector is important as you will be delivering insights that contribute to the clients business. This can be a mixed method role so we are looking for people with strong quantitative, qualitative or both to join this business.
This is a values led business and everyone is expected to take part in the future of the organisation so you must be a strong team player who wants to invest in this companies success. They take their responsibility to their employees very seriously and have many initiatives to support growth and development of all staff.
You should have a minimum of 4 years experience with at least 2 as a specialist healthcare researcher.
Remote first, you will be expected to travel quarterly for company events and outside of that there are monthly meet ups in a number of UK cities.
