E-Medicals is a leading provider of medical expert witness reports for personal injury claimants across the UK. We are looking for a Claims Case Handler to join our team in Clevedon.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player who is looking for a rewarding opportunity in a busy office environment.

Our Case Handlers provide outstanding customer service to solicitors and their clients within the personal injury claims process, identifying the right medical specialist and obtaining medico-legal reports with compassion, care and attention to detail.

We are looking for a candidate with:
Enthusiasm for customer service and proven experience in a service-providing role
Confidence speaking to the public as well as to legal and medical professionals
Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
Determination to resolve problems through effective decision-making
Self-motivation and willingness to learn
Experience in the legal or medical sector is not essential but would be an advantage
