Full Job Description
- Our friendly recruitment team will get in touch to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks.
- You will be invited to take a tour of the site, giving you the opportunity to meet the team for a question-and-answer session, and have a relaxed chat as part of a light touch interview
- We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS).
- Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start!
You don't need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest! But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements: - Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months experience desirable).
- Maximum of 6 penalty points.
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years. Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay Structure: This position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
