Part Time Driver LCV (B) – Kingsbridge, Devon – Plumb Centre

As a Part Time LCV (B) Driver based in Kingsbridge, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Driving a 3.5T Luton van delivering plumbing and heating items to building sites, customers and residential addresses

• Loading and unloading the vehicle

• Building relationships with our customers when delivering to customer sites and providing exceptional customer service

• When driving is complete you will help out in the warehouse with booking goods in, picking/packing, loading the vehicles for deliveries the next day and keeping things tidy

This is a permanent part time position working 20 hours per week Monday - Friday 08.00am - 12.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Full clean driving licence, and preferably experience driving a vehicle of the same size

• Previous experience of multi-drop driving

• Computer knowledge and experience with electronic hand held devices would be an advantage

• Knowledge of the local area

• A positive can-do attitude, with an enthusiastic approach that is happy to be part of our small team

• To be comfortable lifting items to and from vehicles
