Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the complete customer order journey, from input to delivery and invoicing.
+ Be transparent with customers, managing expectations and proactively addressing issues.
+ Liaise with internal teams, including Technical, Planning, and Credit Control, to resolve pricing, product, or account queries.
+ Monitor order dispatches and investigate delays, ensuring customers are promptly informed of any adjustments.
+ Build positive relationships with hauliers to guarantee seamless deliveries.
+ Handle urgent/animal welfare orders efficiently in coordination with Nutritionists and Planning.
+ Attend monthly species meetings, sharing updates on key issues and wins.
+ Reduce returns and rejections by getting it right the first time, as measured by monthly credit reports.
+ Ensure timely and accurate invoicing within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
+ Collaborate with Finance to resolve bulk delivery invoicing and period-end reporting issues.
+ Investigate and resolve customer credit note requests and log complaints for continuous improvement.
+ Share best practices across the team, supporting alignment and professional development.
+ Someone who thrives on providing exceptional customer service to high-profile clients.
