As Quality Assurance Technician you'll play a vital role in championing a collaborative food safety and quality culture within our QA and operations team. Your Quest: You will be the point of contact during shift for all Quality issues,

• Working as part of the QA team to ensure effective management of food safety and quality.
• Ensure factory compliance to customer policies, external certification, and GMP standards.
• Incident management and drive continuous improvement through data-driven investigations.
• Handle customer interactions, audits, and complaints effectively and with professionalism.
• Drive right-first-time approaches to production and ensure effective performance against KPIs., Ready to Join the Adventure?   Food Safety Level 3
• Experience in FMCG or similar environment
• HACCP Level 2 qualification and experience in retailer quality systems.
Qualities We're Seeking:
• 2 years' experience within a QA/production environment.
• Continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Experience in equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Organisational skills.
• Numeracy / data accuracy.
• Prioritising and decision making.
