We're now looking for Control Room Colleague to join our central control Hub. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Produce and analyse productivity data for the central hub for Tradeteam on a daily and weekly basis
Undertake problem solving with the operational team - dealing with system and equipment queries
Engage and contribute at all levels of operational hierarchy
Complete administration tasks required for the operation

Computer literate, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Pivot
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Workload management and organizational skills
Flexibility to move across shift patterns where required
