This role involves overseeing stock movements, administering inbound and outbound shipments, and preparing devices for customer delivery. With a focus on pick, pack, and dispatch operations, as well as programming and device testing, you'll play a key part in ensuring compliance with regulations and driving efficient supply chain processes.   • Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and coordination.
  • Perform stock takes and validate shipments to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
  • Customise device programming based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct testing and validation procedures for mobile device returns, including verification, assessment, and secure data erasure.
  • Assist the wider team with secondary tasks as needed.
