Data Protection Executive,

• Manage inbound phone calls, emails and postal correspondence for the Privacy & Data Compliance Team
• Manage the GBG 'Consumer Queries' process which may include individuals exercising their Data Subject Rights.
• Manage the 'Jira' Compliance Service Desk, which is an online queue for the Privacy & Compliance Team. You will allocate tasks based on the request/team member's areas of responsibility.
  
  Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, even when challenged by individuals, for example, some individuals phoning GBG may be frustrated.
• Systematic, methodical and tenacious, with good attention to detail. Accuracy in GBG's response to individuals/customers is critical.
• Ability to complete tasks on time and as expected
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
• Plans ahead and works in a systematic and organised way
