Be the first point of contact and resolution for day-to-day queries.
Deliver excellent service to our corporate clients and assist the Account Management team with client retention.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, both insurance and non-insurance, specific to health and wellbeing corporate customers and the key benefits these products offer.
Build an in-depth knowledge of your clients, appreciating individual client requirements and how best to manage them and meet their needs.
Develop an understanding of different department functions within AXA Health, particularly the departments you'll interact with. Know what they do and how they impact on our processes and how we impact theirs.

Experience of working with health and wellbeing and large corporate accounts - essential.
Hands on experience of owning a portfolio of large corporate clients - essential.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, appreciating different communication styles and adapting as necessary.
Precise time management skills.
