Full Job Description
- Offering excellent Customer Service and support to the Design team
- Welcoming customers in to carry out initial consultations and understand the customer needs prior to a design being completed.
- Answering external telephone calls.
- Maintaining our 100% customer satisfaction ethos.
- Inviting clients into the showroom for presentation of designs and quotation with a view to help secure orders for new sales
- Liaising with the Customer Service and After-Sales administration team to ensure timely processing of orders, deliveries and any aftersales issues
- Taking pride in the showroom to ensure displays are current, tidy and ready for customers to view
- Ensuring company workflow management systems are fully up to date and in line with internal processes
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Advisor based at our brand-new kitchen and bathroom showroom at Newark. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. Your key responsibilities will include, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - A positive confident attitude with a desire to provide first class customer service and succeed in supporting the showroom towards their annual target
- The ability to form positive relationships with colleague and customers
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.

This is a Full-time role. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) and 8:00am-12:30pm every Saturday (with time off in lieu).
