Experience in a sales or service-focused role.
A strong customer service ethic, a passion for helping people, and a desire to win together.
A confident, personable, and engaging telephone manner.
Excellent organisation, efficiency and attention to detail.
Strong IT skills, including solid use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with using Salesforce CRM applications is helpful but not essential.
Able to work 15 hrs per week.
