The role Multi skilled builder - carrying out brickwork, groundworks, fencing, roofing and other general building work to our housing stock across Redditch Borough. Key Requirements

• Undertake brickwork, slabbing, fencing, tiling, roofing and general building repairs
• Collaborate with team members to execute projects in residential properties
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
• Work on various general maintenance tasks as required
  
  Proven experience and qualifications as a multi trade builder with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
• Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, principles and equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Competency or qualified in trades such as brick work, ground works, fencing, carpentry, roofing
