Maintenance Technician

Vale of Glamorgan Council
Cardiff, CF56AA
Contract

We are seeking a qualified candidate in painting and decorating, possessing an NVQ level 2 or similar qualifications. You have extensive experience in both external and internal painting and a full driving license. Punctuality and excellent timekeeping are essential traits for this role.

This role requires working closely with a team of painters on a painting program that extends until September. Opportunities to work on void properties may arise as weather conditions change.

  • Proficient in painting and decorating
  • Experience in external and internal painting
  • Possess a full driving license
  • Punctual and excellent timekeeping
  • Ability to work well in a team
