We are now looking for a Site Training and Apprenticeship Manager based from our offices in Doncaster. This individual will manage and deliver the technical training and competence assessments of our site resource, to ensure all Supervisors and Operatives are qualified to perform their work duties. This is a 6 month fixed term contract. What you'll do:

• Carry out Regular Assessments and provide feedback to the Apprentices.
• Give support to Apprentices to all aspects of their own personal development and skills.
• Notify Apprentices, Supervisors, Construction Managers & Resource team of Training event details, joining instructions etc.
• Support and give guidance to Apprentices for correct and timely completion of NVQ portfolios required.
• Facilitate the completion of all mandatory eLearning training on site.
• Provide information for HR Business Partners as required.
• Co-ordinate Apprentices PDR's
  
  A1 NVQ Assessors Qualification
• SMSTS
• CITB Managing & Co-ordinating Plant
• CSCS Blue Piling Skill Card
• CPCS Blue - Rig Operator/Crawler Crane and Slinger - Signaller
• CPCS Black Testers Card
• Knowledge and vast experience of Construction/Piling
• A good knowledge of Industry training, competency systems and requirements.
