Full Job Description
- Work with Health, Safety & Wellbeing Senior Management to ensure appropriate implementation of the delivery plan for the geographic regions.
- Strengthen the management of investigations to ensure effective root cause analysis and implementation of preventative and corrective actions.
- Undertake site inspections, and assurance visits focusing on high and medium-risk sites to deliver the 5-year assurance program.
- Build valuable internal and external relationships with stakeholders, supply chain partners, and regulators.
- Inclusion with the 'on-call' Health, Safety & Wellbeing '24 / 7' rota to ensure functional support for incident management.
- Working across Capital delivery and supporting contractors' review.
- Producing and presenting performance packs across silos.
- Working hours : 36 hours per week.
Expertise relating to specific risks in Water, Wastewater and / or Construction. - NEBOSH Diploma and have or working towards CMIOSH.
- In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety and Wellbeing legislation, and its practical application.
- Ability to negotiate flexibly and constructively at the highest levels.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
