Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications

Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and restocking these when needed

Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, by resolving problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed

To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (plumbing, carpentry, electrical) NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing if plumbing is core or currently undertaking the qualification. If you have a lower level qualification along with practical experience and would be prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group, we would still welcome an application.

This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
