As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.,

Managing the day-to-day operations on site.
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
Ensuring all works are completed to the required quality and specification.
Maintaining high standards of health & safety across the development.
Monitoring programme and progress against build targets.
Managing materials, deliveries and site logistics.
Working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team.
Ensuring homes are delivered to the required standards and timescales.
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential new build and, preferably, previous experience working directly for or alongside a
New build residential developments.
Open Market and Housing Association schemes.
Timber frame and traditional construction methods.
Managing multiple trades and subcontractors.
Working to build programmes and deadlines.
Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety., Valid
SMSTS qualification.
First Aid qualification.
Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
Recent, checkable references.
Strong understanding of health & safety and quality requirements.
Ability to manage and coordinate a busy residential development.
