As an Arcus Building Fabric Specialist, you'll work across multiple client sites in your area, ensuring facilities are safe, fully functional, and well-maintained. This is a mobile role that offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to showcase your expertise in a range of building fabric tasks. You'll be expected to:

Deliver effective repairs and maintenance work to a high standard
Respond to reactive issues promptly and professionally
Maintain clear documentation using handheld IT systems
Support customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery

Are you an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge?, Time-served, hands-on experience in multiple trades (ideally in a fabric maintenance role)
NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications in a relevant trade
A valid UK driver's licence
Confidence working independently and in customer-facing environments
Comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation
Solid knowledge of health & safety standards
Experience in retail or multi-site maintenance environments
Patch plastering and rendering
Carpentry and joinery
Floor and wall coverings (tiling, vinyl etc)
Basic plumbing
Changing locks and fittings
General fabric repairs

Competitive Salary - £34,271 per annum

Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out), Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
