Full Job Description
- Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve any issues
- Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception
- Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems
- Work a shift from 8 am to 5 pm
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills - Basic knowledge of Windows applications
- An excellent telephone manner
- The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines
- The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities - often at short notice
