Full Job Description
As a Caretaker/Maintenance Personnel, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- General maintenance and cleaning of facilities
- Ensuring the premises meet health and safety standards
- Managing maintenance supplies and equipment
- Responding to and addressing any maintenance issues promptly
To be considered for this position, you will need to provide the following documentation: - Enhanced DBS certificate
- Passport or National ID card
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill)
- National Insurance number (e.g., recent payslip)
