What I'm seeking in a candidate:

• I love talking about politics, philosophy, science, psychology, sociology, football, music (across all genres - hip-hop, classical, 60s, Indie and rock), and UFC. I love deep conversations about almost anything!


• No prior experience needed; I can guide you on how to handle tasks.


• Someone willing to assist me to the best of their ability, hopefully fostering a friendship in the process. While understanding the importance of carrying out tasks to maintain my lifestyle.


• A good sense of humour; I'm not easily offended. I have a dark sense of humour, if this is something you may struggle with, then this may not be the role for you.


• Someone who enjoys deep discussions about our world when I'm not busy.

• Someone who understands what I need and when to take a step back to allow me space and maintain my independence when required.

I'm a down to earth guy, who is easy to chat to. I'm not your typical Physics student! Although I may have some nerdy characteristics. I'm not a full nerd! I will not bore you to sleep with physics equations, unless you want to hear about them! Ha-ha-ha! I am a hyper-competitive person and will win at almost anything!

This position offers an opportunity to work directly with me, as one of several, in my small team of personal assistants. While compatibility is key, you should also be capable of carrying out tasks independently to maintain organisation and cleanliness in my home and assist me in various aspects of my life to maximise productivity. Essentially, the role revolves around aiding me in achieving my long-term goals. I'm an Astrophysics student who embraces all aspects of university life and work.

I enjoy coffee outings, music concerts, political and scientific gatherings, optimising productivity, career advancement, football, museum visits, exploring nature, and occasional nights out, going for drinks with friends. If any of these resonate with you, you might just have found your ideal job. And the role, in essence, involves acting as my hands, as I'm unable to perform physical tasks due to Spinal Muscular Atrophy (type 2). Tasks may include cooking, eating, dressing, personalised support, and driving (essential). Flexibility is required, especially for covering holidays and absences of other PAs, and occasional travel may be an aspect of this role. However, commitment to a shift pattern is the primary requirement. Reliability and regular attendance is crucial to this role in order for me to live my best life.
