We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to provide cover for our in-house cleaning service at our offices in Coleford. This is a flexible, casual position where hours are offered as required to support service needs. You will play an important role in helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for employees, visitors and customers. What You'll Be Doing Reporting to the Property and Estates Manager, your duties will include:

Cleaning offices and internal building areas to a high standard.
Maintaining reception areas, offices, kitchens, corridors, stairwells, toilets and shower facilities.
Vacuuming, mopping and carrying out general cleaning tasks.
Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, paper towels and kitchen supplies.
Safely using cleaning equipment and cleaning products in accordance with COSHH guidance.
Reporting low stock levels, faulty equipment or maintenance concerns.
Following health and safety procedures and safe systems of work at all times.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.

Has an understanding of health and safety requirements within a cleaning environment, including awareness of COSHH.
Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Is proactive, reliable and customer focused.
Can work independently and manage their time effectively.
Has good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Is flexible, thorough and hardworking.
Can follow instructions and work with minimum supervision.
Previous cleaning experience.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Access to a vehicle and ability to travel for work purposes.
