Full Job Description
This is more than a maternity cover. It is a chance to grow, learn and make a real difference across two settings: At WAAS (3 days / week), you will work in a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team teachers, psychologists, OTs, and family workers supporting children in schools and early years settings. You will deliver training, run interventions, and help shape inclusive environments where communication can flourish. At St Georges NHS Trust (2 days / week), you will contribute to autism assessments and clinical interventions, gaining valuable experience in diagnostic work and family-centred care. Speech and Language Therapist PO6 This is your opportunity to lead, inspire and shape the future of autism support in Wandsworth. You will be the go-to expert for schools and early years settings, helping them build environments where children with autism can thrive. You will mentor PO4 therapists and therapy assistants, deliver high-impact training and bring your clinical expertise to complex cases. What makes this work so special?
