Children's Residential Child Care Worker - Children's Residential Home
Salary: £11.90 per hour plus £60 sleep in rate (2on 4off shift pattern)
Locations: Southport, Skelmersdale, Rainford, Tarleton, Garstang, Leyland, Aughton

Exceptional care are seeking individuals to support young people on a 1:1 or 2:1 staffing ratio, in a Residential setting.
Tasks
Your role as a Residential Child Care Worker:
- You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people, and help towards the bright future they deserve; attending to their practical, physical and emotional needs. Safeguarding each young person at all times.
- You will provide a high standard of care and support, in a professional manner, to vulnerable young people, with challenging behaviour and emotional behavioural difficulties.
- You will develop a good working relationship with both children and young people and other outside agencies, and be the person that each child can trust through building positive relationships.
- You will be part of a team who work together to create a loving, stable environment to ensure each young person is achieving positive outcomes and learning experiences.
Requirements
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent - or willing to work towards
- 1 years' experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence - preferred
