• Ensure the safety and well-being of the young person at all times
• Build strong emotional connections and engage with the young person
• Assist with personal care tasks as required
• Plan and participate in activities and outings
• Provide transportation to appointments, school, meetings, etc.
• Prepare meals and ensure the young person's nutritional needs are met
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe home environment
  
  Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle
• Have a clear and up-to-date DBS check
• Have full Right to Work status in the UK
• Be willing to travel as needed for the role
