Summary


EARLY YEARS MANAGER


We are looking for a full time Early Years Manager to lead our team and deliver excellent care and education to children in Bromyard.


The Hope Centre is a charitable organisation supporting local people in Bromyard and surrounding areas.


Our Early Years team provides care and education for children under 5. We are an inclusive and caring setting where children flourish as they learn, develop and play.


Proven experience of EYFS implementation and excellent practice in care and education for children aged 0-5 years is essential, as is a passion for child development and learning.


Salary range fte £39,000, subject to experience and qualification.


Relevant EY Degree level preferred.


28 days annual leave incl. bank holidays.


Excellent references required.
