The University of Manchester is seeking an Industrial Relations Manager to take a values-led, results-driven approach to employee relations and deliver meaningful, lasting change. You'll lead collective consultation and negotiations, give clear, practical advice on complex cases, and help resolve issues early through constructive dialogue. Working with leaders and the People Team, you will strengthen our industrial relations strategy - supporting delivery, building confidence and improving consistency across the organisation. You will build on the strong relationships we have with our recognised trade union partners, maintaining trust, improving transparency and enabling genuine partnership working. If you bring significant industrial relations experience in a complex organisation, strong influencing and negotiation skills, and a commitment to fairness and respect, we'd like to hear from you.
