Full Job Description

We are looking for a BANK Mental Health Support Worker to join their passionate and friendly team at our Station Grove service in Southport. Station Grove is a medium to low supported housing service for individuals with a mental health diagnosis aged 18 and over. The team provide mental health, emotional and living skills support. Working pattern - as and when required by the service. Overview of a BANK Mental Health Support Worker role: As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey. Essential skills and experience required:

  • Listening and Empathy: You are a good listener, empathetic, understanding, kind, patient, and willing to learn.
